The entire staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — truly making our stay something special. A big shoutout to Madison for her thoughtful communication and for surprising us with a welcome gift that included wine, chocolates, and a handwritten note. It was such a kind and personal gesture that really set the tone for our visit. But it wasn’t just Madison — every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond. From the front desk to housekeeping, and especially the ski valet, everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive. The ski valet service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the slopes so much easier, especially with the direct access to the gondola right from the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and packed with amenities, providing everything we needed to relax after a day on the mountain. It’s clear that the staff at this property take great pride in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Beaver Creek — we’ll definitely be coming back!
